Candi Seil, MPP

Candi Seil, MPP, has been practicing mindfulness for more than 15 years. She knows the personal impact of using positive affirmations with herself, in the community and with her family. Candi completed mindfulness practices during both of her pregnancies and found it beneficial to calm her mind and bond with her growing baby. She believes that every pregnant woman can benefit from incorporating mindfulness practices into their daily routine and bond with their baby as they grown together. Candi has taught 100s of students throughout her professional career and is excited to share this course content with you and your baby.

Bethany DeJarnatt, MOT, OTR/L


Bethany DeJarnatt, is passionate about spreading mindfulness to individuals. Her experience includes working as a pediatric occupational therapist, parent educator and children’s yoga instructor. Bethany has more than 7 years of experience working with families with children in the areas of sensory modulation, functional visual skills, and supporting developmental skills. She has completed additional training in children’s yoga, mindfulness based stress reduction, infant massage and visual processing interventions. She is passionate about educating new moms and their babies with tangible information to empower them as a team. Bethany encourages mindfulness as a tool to support co-regulation; supporting families to feel empowered and engaged to build a collaborative relationship with their children.
